My expertise lies in pre-opening hotels, operating within start up environments, facilities management, hotel operations, food and beverage operations and large scale high volume conference /convention centre environments. I drive sales growth, am task driven, a people person who believes in accountability and taking ownership, quick learner, an amazing mentor to the next generation coming through the ranks and believe in success comes through enjoying what one does!

I also have certifications for Real Estate, Development and Hotel Investment, Hotel Asset Management, Hotel Investment and Financing and Hotel Planning and Design from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, New York, USA. I also have an Executive Management Development Certificate from the University of Cape Town's graduate School of Business.
