I'm a very vibrant n passionate person in the catering industry.  It's all I knw best, since I left school, so that makes it more than 25 yrs of experience. Besides the norm , it gives me great pleasure wen I see a guest gives a compliment.  Being the face of the establishment 

In my journey with the industry I had the greatest experience of learning frm the mogul , Mr Sol Kerzner.Also meeting high profile politicians n famous artists. 

I completed my matriculation in 1983 at Clare hills secondary. But had gained alot of practical skills in my workplace
