I have been a production and packing supervisor for more than 13 years in RCL Foods, Finlar foods, fresh cut Pty Ltd, Harvest Fresh and Dr Oetker Company. I have a massive understanding of inbound, core and outbound processes of manufacturing. Well engineered to produce and holding skills including production management, quality management, human resource management, labour laws, logistics management, integrated supply chain management, financial management productivity and work study etc. Given the opportunity I shall increase profit by improving the operational efficiencies and utilization of the resources.
