I work in hospitality, where my role is focused on creating a positive and welcoming experience for guests. This includes providing friendly and efficient service, anticipating guest needs, solving problems quickly, and making sure people feel comfortable and well taken care of. I handle daily operations such as customer service, coordination with team members, maintaining high service standards, and adapting to fast-paced situations to ensure every guest leaves with a good impression.

I have many years in the Hospitality managementand lodge operations to deliver seamless guest experiences. I have formed strong leadership, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage staff, control costs, and adapt to guest needs across dining and accommodation services.
