About janet symons:

My name is Janet Symons , I have just over a year  customer service experience. I am passionate about my job I, I enjoy taking on a new challenge each day because every day is never the same in a contact Center which makes it really fun. My goal in my work place is to device each and every customer to the best of my ability to ensure that they do not call back for the same issue. I work well under pressure and I am target driven . 

Experience

I started my first job in October 2018 and I worked at Lactalis as a Lab asistant which was a seasonal job . I then moved along in 2019 to the democratic alliance where I worked as a call Center agent . I then moved back to Lactalis until 2021. I am now customer service advisor at Sigma.

I matriculated in 2017.
