I am a highly proficient Regional Branch / General / Sales Manager and sales professional, that have worked within the Mining, Hardware and building material retail, manufacturing,  wholesale, Hospitality and Plant Hire industries.
With more than 18 years’ experience as a Branch / Sales  Manager and 20 years in sales management, I am adept in team leadership, business development and revenue generation as well as the full management of a branch, (Sales, Procurement, Debtors, Creditors, Financial management, Deliveries, Stock control, Profit margins, HR and Health & Safety). Each of the businesses that I have managed I have grown into profitable companies through various initiatives and dealing with mines, corporate and Blue chip companies and individuals.  I have a lead by example leadership style and believe in strict adherence to processes and procedures. I am a self starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. I manage each business as if it is my own. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate problem solving and analytical abilities, I excel at:
Managing teams of different sizes,  backgrounds and professions and ensuring staff are both satisfied and productive.
Growing the customer base through networking, creative promotions and customer service initiatives. Tracking transactions and ensuring top audit results. Improving employee retention and developing staff to take on new roles through promotion.

I believe in constant training of staff and myself (therefore I am currently enrolled  to do my MBA degree), to ensure we stay up to date with current trends and markets, to offer our clients the best products and services.
