19. The gourmet restaurant also received a Rosetta award from RASA.
Front-of-house manager: interacted with guests to ensure
diners' experience matched that what Art of Food was
renowned for.
Stock control and purchases: paid strong attention to the
diverse and regular menu changes and obtained all produce
for the chefs on a daily basis.
Daily cash-ups: well versed on the POS to balance cash-ups,
analyze waitron performance, and regulate stock.
Quality control: my mission to uphold the restaurant's
reputation had me checking every plate of food coming off
the pass and rectifying mistakes when necessary.
Customer relations: my integrity and natural ability to handle
diners in a crisis situation resulted in them being loyal,
repeat customers.
