I am a catering manager with chefing experience.  I have worked in many different catering services, private boarding school, health care, industrial, restaurant .I have run my own catering business catering for weddings, office lunches, church dinners. Supplying meals to a Platinum refinery.  My hobbies are, making home made jams, sweets,bread, biscuits. I love gardening and reading.
