About Jacqueline Dunbar:
Hi there,
I have been living and working in the UK since 2013 and moved here in my role as Business Development Director for a large BPO. Before that I worked in a similar role in Cape Town, as well as Operations Manager for another BPO.
I plan to move back to Cape Town, after working here since 2013, as well as working in the USA for a 10 year period in Operations Management.

I have 15+ international experience in the USA, SA & the UK in the following fields. Operations, Business Development, Account Executive as well as a couple of others mostly in the BPO sector but also in Finance and Refinance. My skills are transferable and as you will see from my CV I am able to utilise them wherever I have been employed.
Education
I finished my Matric in South Africa, and have done various other courses relating to Telecomes and Contact Centres.
