23 Years of experience in both Petrochemical & Construction Industries. I have worked on various projects within construction both nationally and internationally and can apply & adapt my skills to any working environment. I have the ability to coincide peacefully and professionally with various different disciplines, cultures and personalities and believe in a behavior based HSE approach instead of a policing approach. I believe my practical experience and behavior-based approach allow me to relate to and to respect rather than to discourage people, allowing for improvement or establishment of a good and trusting HSE culture right from the floor to upper management.
