I consult with colleagues where the need arise without any hesitation .Able to assist   others with skills that they are lacking .Listen and always respect others opinion. Shows value and respect to their feelings, time and interests.

I can work within stressful environment e.g. During shortage of staff in the facility. Able to assist with work not allocated for .Express feelings instead of bottling them up to avoid them affecting my daily work activities (I communicate my problems with my immediate supervisor )

Always communicate my movements e.g when not reporting on duty

Gave others report after attending  in service  training or workshops on new developments in working area

If not happy with something , I addressed the matter on the spot and effectively without causing any conflicts

Manage time wisely and make sure I don’t miss deadline on allocated tasks
