I started working in the hotel industry more than 30 years ago. During this period I was promoted on several occasions. For the past 16 years I have worked as a Catering Manager/Business Manager for  Sodexo, Dublin, Ireland and then for the Feedem Group in Cape Town for the last 7 years as assistant catering manager.

Recently I relocated to Fisherhaven, Hermanus  with my family and need to find a employment soon.

I have the managerial and leadership skills needed to be successful as your ‘' Manager’’. I remain calm under pressure and also strong problem-solving abilities and possess the communication skills both verbal and written needed to work with different types of personalities. I use these traits to handle escalations from clients, and staff when and if they arise and resolve all problems in a satisfactory manner. My performance and evaluation reviews always note that I excel in this area. I also oversee ways to increase revenue as I have spearheaded many promotional campaigns.
