RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research, develop and maintain baselines for strategic marketing and operational plans.
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, scope of work and budget for marketing projects. 
  • Conduct brand touch point reviews for each product bi-annual basis to ensure the maintenance of Brand standards. 
  • Compile pre- and post-brand communications report.
  • Formulate and implement a Brand plan which aligns to the National Marketing Strategy.
  • Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across different platforms in conjunction to the marketing plan.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and brand performance including Corporate Identity of the company brand.  
  • Oversee the execution of initiatives on the annual promotional calendar and provide support to inhouse within the allocated region.
  • Develop and maintain sound business relations with clients in conjunction with Sales.
  • Develop in-market plans for market entry, product awareness, and driver-partner engagements.
  • Drive local activations and ensure positive ROI on all brand engagements including showcase events, partnerships, and field activities.
  • Prepare performance and financial reports, planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Analyse the performance environment of the marketing department and facilitate the development of macro and operational plans to support the delivery of the mandate of the departments within that environment.
  • Develop targeted consumer targeted customer acquisition and retention plans.
  • Interact and build relationships /network with people in the industry, strengthen current relationships.
  • Make recommendations regarding branding of products and Company.
  • Measure product performance in relation to competitors.
  • Draw up comprehensive sales and marketing plans that includes, targeted customers, markets, and platforms, including digital, branding activities.
  • Compile and present strategy to reach targeted marketing activities and in line with sales targets.
  • Monthly reporting to management.
  • Empower sales team with marketing campaigns that help drive sales.
  • Drive sales, marketing, and distribution campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, establish relationship with the decision makers in the industry as per sales strategy. 
  • Knowledge In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Monitor the progress and standard of job preparation by operations and administration staff.
  • Provide full client report to management regarding client relationships or event specific issues. 
  • Organizing Sponsorship for particular events. 
  • Ensure that events and content delivery strategies and plans are aligned with the organisations strategic and financial objectives in collaboration with executive management and board members. 
  • Managing the planning, organizing, promoting, facilitating and coordinating of different types of events.
