I have over 7 years’ experience in the sales/retention's field, account management  as well as 1-year experience as a team leader, however my non role experience in management spans over a period of 3 years.

Throughout my career I won top achiever awards and trained other retention representatives to increase their targets and build relationships within different accounts therefore making the clients easier to deal with due to relationships being established. I enjoy working with the public and do well with people. I am not afraid to be thrown in the deep end.

I have learnt more about myself and my ability within the different roles, I had to do my best and achieved outstanding results. This has come from continuous introspection and self-growth. I believe I would excel in the position I am applying for.
