Hi i am Isalaura.I am a hardworking,loyal and honest individual with the love for customer service. My prior Role was in aviation and people are my passion.I am also a student currently doing early childhood development and i am in my second year of studies.I have a love for children and have 2 of my own as well.I am friendly patient and helpful.

I have +/- 20years in customer care where i have dealt with people from all walks of life as well as from different countires due to being in the aviation sector as a customer relations administrator and customer service Representative.I skilled and trained to interact with people and to resolve any issues with the correct knowledge and to be supportive.

I finished mt Tefl and tesol certification last year for all ages including business english.

I also graduated in a NQF Level 4 Early childhood developmentcertification and currenlty studying for my Diploma NQF Level 5 in the same field.
