Debtors and creditors, collecting outstanding money.  Credit applications, admin and account remittances.  Ad hoc admin tasks provided support of the financial manager to any additional work to be done. Account statements, stock control and stocking of vehicles. Final recons and profit calculations on sold vehicles. Daily cashflow, customer refunds, data capturing, invoicing, Petty cash credit and debit card control, managing fuel accounts, calculations and payments of salaries and commissions.
