I am a dedicated and results-oriented individual who holds a degree and an honours in Behavioral Science/ Social Science from the Northwest University. 

My academic background has provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior, research methodologies, and data analysis, equipping me with the skills to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.

During my studies, I conducted extensive research on the effects of social environments on mental health, presenting my findings at several academic conferences. This experience has honed my analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

My strong interpersonal skills and empathetic nature enable me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, making me an effective team player and collaborator.

I am eager to bring my background in Behavioral Science to a dynamic organization where I can contribute to impactful projects and continue my professional growth. My long-term goal is to advance into a leadership role where I can influence policy and drive positive change within the community.

I have been working as a customer service professional with over five years of experience in the call center industry. Currently, I serve as a Lead Generation specialist, where I have honed my skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and team leadership. In my role, I have successfully improved customer satisfaction through strategic training initiatives and process optimizations.
