In addition to my extensive experience in sales and marketing, I also founded and managed my own company. This venture allowed me to lead a team, navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, and drive business growth from the ground up. Started of as an Insurance underwriter, studied and worked my way to sales. Eventually became a sales and markeing manager. Also started my own insurance administrive company.  I am dedicated to driving immediate growth and ensuring the sustainability of the business. Leading a team of portfolio managers, I focus on enhancing our product offerings, optimizing pricing strategies, and increasing market penetration. I develop targeted marketing campaigns and analyze sales data to identify trends that inform our approach. By fostering collaboration within my team, I ensure we are all aligned with our business goals. I also prioritize building strong customer relationships and gathering feedback to refine our strategies, allowing us to adapt to market changes while maintaining profitability. My strengths in communication, leadership, and analysis enable me to achieve both short-term results and long-term success for the company.
