As a seasoned Civil Engineering Technologist and Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), I bring a robust analytical prowess complemented by a comprehensive skill set in Organizational Strategy, Project & Programme Management amongst others. My academic foundation is solidified with qualifications in Master's of Management, Civil Engineering Degree and Project Management . In my career, I have been at the forefront of coordinating and formulating corporate strategies, excelling in performance management, and diligently reporting to various institutional committees. With a proven track record in Project and Programme Management, I excel in steering projects to successful completion. My expertise extends into Corporate Strategy, Risk & Compliance, Programme Financial Management, as well as Corporate Performance Management ensuring that all projects are delivered with a keen eye on mitigating risks and optimizing financial performance

Experience

With over 15 years of progressive experience across public‑sector and development environments—including senior management responsibilities—I bring a governance‑first approach to strategy orchestration, executive enablement, organisational performance, and stakeholder engagement, all of which are central to the mandate of this role.

 

I am a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, as well as a Civil Engineering Technologist, who has led enterprise strategy cycles, risk and compliance programmes, performance management, and complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives. My background spans EXCO/Board planning, integrated reporting, and data‑enabled transformation, with a consistent focus on turning strategy into measurable outcomes and strengthening decision‑making at executive level.

 

Key Highlights: 

- Enterprise strategy & performance integration: I facilitated EXCO/Board strategy, cascaded plans into APPs and KPIs, and embedded M&E frameworks and periodic performance packs—directly supporting the role’s requirement to drive coherence across strategic plans, operational frameworks, and reporting.

- Executive governance & CEO/Board interface:  I strengthened governance structures, risk and compliance oversight, business‑continuity enablement, and executive reporting—experience applicable to managing EXCO agendas, resolution tracking, governance records, and executive briefing packs.

- Data, insight & integrated reporting: I have led programme governance and insight‑driven reporting cadences, developing dashboards and verification processes to inform leadership decisions—aligned to the role’s remit to produce strategic dashboards and EXCO/Board performance packs.

- Transformation & business improvement: Through Lean Six Sigma and PMO leadership, I’ve designed and institutionalised delivery frameworks and quality controls that improve efficiency, service levels, and long‑term sustainability—matching the call to lead enterprise‑wide business improvement and transformation initiatives.

- Stakeholder, public‑sector & reputation leadership: Across utilities and municipal partners, I have managed inter‑governmental relations and sector engagements, supporting thought‑leadership and public‑value outcomes—experience relevant to leading stakeholder ecosystems and organisational positioning.

- Digital enablement & institutional systems: I directed six ICT streams (intelligence operations, connectivity, sensors/CCTV, AI hub, citizen platform) with governance, vendor control and risk management—relevant to data governance, advanced analytics and digital transformation priorities of the role.

- Office operations & leadership support: I managed operational governance, budgeting, and workforce capability‑building—experience I will apply to the daily operations, HR and budget of the CEO’s Office, embedding protocols that enhance executive productivity and resilience.
