I work in education for online students. I am the facilitator for Durban campus of brave generation academy

• Facilitating online learners
• Helping them plan for future studies.
• Mentoring and guiding them
• Fostering a supportive learning atmosphere while engaging with
• learners, parents, and broader community
• Creating a healthy and trustful relationship with the learners
• Providing earners with tools, skills, and academic materials
• Holding weekly meetings and termly meetings with the learners
• Organize termly activities for the learners.
• Help them write and achieve the learners’ goals.
• Keep track of their academic record
• Find partnership with community projects.
• Assure communications with admissions.
• Coordinate with exam centers.
• Track the operations of the facility.
• Find internships for the learners.
• Keep track of monthly budget
• Host open/ market days for BGA.
• Keep parents coordinated with their child’s progress.
• Initiate and participate in parent meetings.
