Idah Ngxongo

I am a Operations and sales manager responsible for KZN and Eastern Cape.  I manage over 100 staff members based on various units under me.  I have more than 15 years experience in the industry.  My role included client liaison and key account management not limited to the growth of the company.  I also do dry tenders and proposals for new business. 

Being responsible for operations as well as Sales, I ensure the profitable of the contracts ensure that operational procedures are in place, health and safety procedure including logs are done. Menu planning and costings. Staff management with proper staff welfare procedures are.followed as per the company policy.  

Responsible for sales strategies, growth of company, doing tenders and proposals, sales presentations and cold calling. I started my career in hospitality at a junior position working for Royal Food Service,.I grew my career and obtained my coastal position working for Tsebo outsourcing (Catering division). My operations role grew again being employed by Capitol caterers.
