Hlobisile Vilakazi

My name is Hlobisile Vilakazi, a 30 year old young woman.I
completed my theoretical studies towards
a diploma in Financial Management, in June 2014 from the
Ekurhuleni East College in Benoni. I have
since then ventured into the fastfood and retail industries, Kfc
and Pepcell being the companies I have
worked for. I am always looking to grow and challenge myself
in everything I do.I also believe that in
order to influence and grow those around me, I need to feed
myself with knowledge. I am currently
located in Gauteng but relocating is not a problem for me ,as
long as the opportunity presented to
me offers me the chance to get out of my comfort zone. I was
at entry level management with Pepcell
as the store manager until February of 2020. I am a hard
worker and quick learner. I believe that my
communication, teamwork and management skills set me
apart from the rest.

My duties include but are not limited to supporting the Store
Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store and
service
excellence by driving sales and building customer loyalty in
order to meet sales, profit and compliance targets, leading to a
competitive advantage for the brand.

Implementation of Stock loss prevention strategies
Driving a low-cost business according to company standards.
Ensure administrative duties within the store are completed,
reconciliation of sales , following on
bank deposits and payroll to name a few.

Reduce losses and managing stock by doing daily counts and
ordering stock biweekly as needed.
