I am 34 years old and a Zimbabwean based in South Africa now. I am on a permit list. I have worked for 7 years in Zimbabwe as a construction Project manager. My scope of worked included but was not limited to Project procurement, Health and Safety management, quantity surveying, compliancy, bookkeeping and accounting, tax preparation, pay roll, project proposals, cashflow projections, quality control, building inspection, maintenance trainer, and Gantt graph management.

skills I have include Wall and floor tiling, Plumbing, Drain laying, sheet metal work, firefighting systems, laminate flooring, glazing, bricklayer, driver (Zimbabwe class 4), project management, PVC ceiling installation.

I am certified as a tiler and plumber ( certificate for plumbing yet to issued by the institution)
