I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel and grow in this role. I have gained extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating workload and deadlines. I have also developed strong problem solving and decision making skills, which I believe would be invaluable this position.

I have experience in maintenance, maintenance scheduling, maintenance upgrades, risk and safety, being hands on in the grind with the maintenance team, preventative maintenance, planning and quality control and processes. My fundamentals as a toolmaker tradesman is of great value when working with tooling, Machining, doing modifications, valves, hydraulic fault finding and fixing, safety and housekeeping.

My past role as technician II at Alkantpan range has given me the opportunity to gain experience in leadership. Overseeing a team and being given the responsibility of the maintenance of the range, meeting feedback, timekeeping, budgeting and testing of our projectiles and ammunition to produce a customer satisfactory outcome.

I always made sure that my teams timekeeping and workload was as planned.

Held morning meetings to transfer information and to track the team’s progress.

Furthermore, I am highly motivated and hardworking individual, who is always keen to learn more. Overtime is not a problem and when challenged with a great task, I do research and will not be afraid to learn and ask for information needed to complete a task.
