• Update change management register when required.
• Compile legal appointments and submit to the client when required.
• Daily update and tracking of the non-conformity register (VFE / PTO) and closure of findings identified.
• Weekly update of supervisor compliance sheet.
• Weekly checking and updating of Plant Maintenance Interval Register to ensure all plant / vehicle compliance are in order.
• Weekly SHEQ File compliance checks.
• Daily update of front-line supervisor reports (Behaviour cards)
• Booking of medical exits, periodical medicals, and entry medicals with the client
• Ensure legal training for supervision are valid and re-book for training if required.
• Ensure Site Inductions are in order.
• Send out communication received to the contractors and to DRA personnel to acknowledge and communicate.
• Issuing and received of PPE to DRA employees.
• Ensure logbooks are in place and equipment is tagged and signed off every month.
• Weekly reports compile for Head Office
• Weekly report compiles for the client.
• Month end report compile for Head Office.
• Update and compile the documents for vehicle permits yearly and when required.
• Weekly booking of Weekend labour on sap, tracking of labour applications and prepare the weekend labour minutes.
• Prepare transmittal notes when required.
• Update Letter of Goodstanding`s to ensure compliance for contractors.
• Safety Officer Training on the systems used at Booysendal.
• Update of all documentation when required.
• Assist contractors with procedures, templates, and all other queries.
• Daily usage of Microsoft Excel
• Daily usage of Microsoft Outlook
• Daily usage of Microsoft Word
• Daily usage of the BSmart system
• Daily usage of the FireFly system
• Checking the orders on SAP when delivery is received from a supplier.
• Complete, check and have the visitor permits signed off.
• Data capturing 
• Calculate weekly contractor stats for man hours.
• Assist Site Administrator duties on the Site Administrator is on leave.
• Maintain and update of DRA Safety File on daily basis.
• Assist to check the compliance of other contractor Safety Files
• Assist to build up and fix other Contractor Safety Files when needed.
• Material delivery notes submit to head office for payment.
• Daily update of all documentation onto the DRA SharePoint Portal (Cloud)
