In the past twenty-four years, my outstanding strategic management, staff management and technical skills have been tested, strengthened but also proven creditable, ensuring an excellent work atmosphere. My dedicated and strict work ethics have always been a first priority when working towards my targets and goals on every project I have worked on. Reinforcing the importance of Safety first but also maintaining a healthy balanced relationship between management and more than 16 staff members have been a main concern to me. I am a pleasant person to work with, always willing to go the extra mile, ensuring the company and fellow workers benefit at all times. Managing projects both locally and internationally in various different fields in the Safety Industry: Projects like Kusile (Witbank), Ba-Choma Silica Mine (Lydenburg), BMW (Rosslyn), Simba (Prospecton) Kusile (Witbank), Medupi Power station (Lephalale), Sobodala Mine (Zambia) and Taranga Gold (Senegal) are but a few to mention. I have been working on these systems since 2000 and as from 2005 started implementing the systems on the various sites that I have worked on IRCA, NOSA and ISO systems and from the outcome of my audits I would say have done a very good job. So, managing, implementing, consulting and maintaining I would say more than capable of doing it. Compiling safety files and assist with full compliance.
