Experience

My most recent job position was as a Spa Manager and Technician where I maintained excellent product knowledge as well as being responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and managing all employes. My main priority was to build and keep excellent one-on-one client relationships.

Before that, I started off at my first job as a Spa Receptionist where I slowly gained experience working professionally with clients, managing majority of bookings and balancing daily revenue. All manicure and pedicure treatments quickly became a part of my responsibilities.

I have done many hours of volunteer work for the Lusaka Animal Welfare Society in Zambia hand-rearing neonatal canines and did some hands-on volunteer work at a local labor ward just outside of Lusaka, Zambia.
