- Assist the Senior Manager with preparation of performance agreements, reviews, evaluations and employee development programmes
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements and S&T claims for the unit
- Arrange parking for VIPs, access cards, and leave register for personnel in the division, record keeping system, collection and dispatching of pay slips, requisition of office consumables and refreshments.
