I have worked in the bank in vehicle asset finance and home loans divisions for 15 years .I am currenly working at Wingfield Motors as a Financial and Insurance assistant for 3 years. I have
acquired skills to deliver excellent customer service, ability to prioritize ,manage time effectively and
the ability to work with many different types of people. I am a person who takes responsibility and
ownership of my work. I am a team player who pays attention to detail and can work independently.
Through my working career I have prided myself on being focused, proactive , organized and self
motivated .Some of my current duties are liaising with banks for approval and negotiating for rates and requesting contracts, calling clients for feedback on their applications,signing up clients to take delivery of their cars,requesting natis and settlements from the banks,preparing licensing and registration paperwork,loading new applications, uploading ,updating spreadsheet ,handling customer complaints and incoming calls.
I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. Needing to learn new
systems will not pose as a problem.

2003- Worked for Standard bank Vehicle asset finance as Processing clerk,exception consultant to a dealer liaison , rentrenced 2014

2016 - worked for OOBA property finance as a contact centre consultant 

I then joined Wingfield motors in February 2022 as a F & I assistant to date 

Finished matric in 1996 at Alexander High School

Studied Dental technology in 1997 at Cape Peninsula University of Cape Town, unable to proceed with the dimploma due to financial challenges 

I then studied 6 months course -computer ,typing and computer skills in 1998 at Skills Training For Employment Centre
