I am a creative thinking Programme and Business Management Strategist with a range of experience in performance optimisation, business development, information management, communications, and production. Combining the best of design thinking with business strategy, I focus on integrated solutions to develop, innovate, and transform your organisation.
I currently serve as the Director: Strategy & Operations in the office of the Head:PMTE (CEO), and successes include among other things: the development and Cabinet’s endorsement of the entity’s business case and feasibility study; conceptualising the entity’s overall strategy and developing its first performance plans; leading stakeholder engagement on the entity; and leading and concluding the entity’s business process reengineering project.
My involvement in multiple sectors throughout my career has given me the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate their multifaceted challenges, where I utilize my creative, communication and technical skills to optimise stakeholder value through original, but actionable approaches.
