I'm a qualified ECD NQF Level 4 Practitioner. 

My commutation skills acquired on my previous and voluntary jobs as a generalist in different environments has made me particularly effective in working with both staff parents and children.

• My passion lies in creating an environment where children learn through play and supporting holistic development 
• Creating an inclusive and safe space, naturing curiosity and building a strong social skills, mostly ensuring that every child feels valued and included. 
• Building partnership with families, not just educating children but partnering with their families open communication

My key strengths I possess for success includes, but not limited to the following.

My voluntary and employment history working with children includes

• Class Assistant at Teletubbies Day Care -Molapo in Soweto, helping practitioners for different age groups. Preparing and helping children with activities. Ensuring that children are safe and play areas are kept clean at all times.
• Practitioner for 3-4 age group at Lovely Bears Creche/Bienvenu Shelter - Bertrams in Johannesburg. Preparing lesson plans and practise according to the theme ( change regularly). Build independence and confidence in my learners.Ensure that the children are playing safely and playrooms are safe and clean
• Homework Supervision for Foundation phase. General Admin Assistant for the principals and the Social Services staff at Lakeview Full Service school in Soweto 
• Helping care givers with office admin at Matjele Community Project (NGO).Doing home visits to the child headed families and vulnerable children. Give guidance were needed.
