With over fourteen years+ of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding and love for hospitality operations. My experience has allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail, which is essential in ensuring great customer service, and well-functioning working environment. I am passionate about helping other people, self-development, who strives to do my best in everything I do. I am a diligent, hardworking, and committed individual with great motivational drive, power, and discipline. My abilities and strengths are derived from teamwork, being able to handle pressure successfully and achieving goals and objectives that are set before me.

I began working as a Waiter at Compass Group Serving Food in 2009-2014, and have over fourteen years of expertise. As soon as Compass Group's contract with Sanparks expired, we relocated to Mugg & Bean, where I later earned a promotion to Front of House Manager. I then received another promotion to become a restaurant manager a year later. After Mugg & Bean's contract with Sanparks expired in November 2017, we relocated to Tindlovu Central Services, where I am currently employed as a restaurant manager.

I have Management Development Certificate which I got from Tindlovu Central Services in 2018. A diploma in Office Computing obtained from Arise Business College in 2007. A diploma in Hotel & Catering Management obtained from Innovation Business College in 2000, and lastly Senior Certificate (Matric) obtained from Xanthia High School in 1996.
