Hans van Tonder

I am a seasoned facilities and operations manager of office parks and commercial buildings. This management includes security (access control, guarding, camera monitoring etc) landscaping, electrical and plumbing contractors, creditors, with special emphasis on cost saving on the operational budget. There is much more to be said.

I completed a tool and die making trade and also completed my NTC4 and part of NTC5. My experience also includes research and development of products, labour law, development of new residential complexes, management of: office parks, commercial buildings and Body Corporates. 

The most relevant education is my extensive exposure to property development, with experience not often taught in text books.
