To work hard with full dedication for the achievements and excellence in serving the client, community and the organization in the most effective and efficient manner possible and to seek challenging assignments and responsibility with an opportunity for growth and career advancement as a successful achievement. what I lack in experience, I make up for in my willingness & determination to learn 

I was working for the Department of Social Development for 9 years. I have the same number of years working with children and adult in conflict with the law in court and children and adults with different social issues providing individual and group counselling. I work with children who display uncontrollable behaviour and children who need care and do conversion. I have also recently (August 2022) attended a training for monitoring and evaluation with NQF level 05, waiting for the certificate. I am also a master’s degree graduate in Community Development. I complied a mini dissertation and the topic of my research was “ Factors leading to the successful and sustained recovery of substance users in the Ekurhuleni, Gauteng Province in South Africa”. I have also worked with clients who are addicted to drugs and admitted them to rehab through voluntary and involuntary for four years.
I worked in a multi-disciplinary section which does everything from intake to early intervention, prevention, treatment and aftercare. I further provided courts with presentence, pretrial and victim impact reports. Further to that I also did parenting skills training programme, Therapeutic group facilitation, Individual counselling, Report writing, Crisis intervention, trauma / bereavement debriefing, counselling and educational programmes for schools in Ekurhuleni, Implementation of educational and awareness programmes

i currently work for an NGO called Brave To Love I do prevention programmes for human trafficking and related issues and other pressing social issues that affect people in society and in the workplace. I also do therapeutic groups for victim of human trafficking, i also do one on one sessions with the victims and i go out on outreaches and raids where we rescue women and children from their perpetrators.  I am advanced in working with the computer for eg, word, excel and PowerPoint. Further to that I have good communication, planning, monitoring, facilitation and evaluation skills. 

i have a matric certificate, a bachelors degree in Social Work and i also have a masters degree in community development
