Im an enthusiastic, dedicated, customer centric and hardworking professional with over 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge. I'm a Somatologist by profession and previously a hotelier overseas where customer service and emotional intelligence grooming molded and grew my passion for serving consumers. 

My passion and interest for people saw me being part of the Willow stream Spa team in Fairmont Zimbali, where my talent and hardwork earned me an international promotion to Fairmont Dubai. In Dubai, world class experience for consumers was installed in service providers through various trainings like Complaint handling ect- Earning a Quality Assurance certification from the Dubai Municipality. My skills transfer ability provided a platform where I received training as a trainer. Upon returning to South Africa to further my studies, I was working at the Durban University of Technology as a student mentor for practicals as well as a Somatology Day Clinic receptionist.

I hold a Bachelor's of Technology in Somatology and a Train the trainer certificate.
