Scheduling of applications - Filing of leaves - Preparing candidates employment files - Programme and Project Management - People management and empowerment - Report writing and presentation - Processing civic services applications - Scanning clients supporting documents online - Receive, scan and file smartcards upon receipt at the office - Assisting as a floor worker
