I am a Revenue Operation (RevOps) Strategist at Jendamark Automation, an assembly line manufacturing technology company, I am responsible for streamlining sales, marketing, and customer success operations throughout the entire customer life cycle in our new startup division(ODIN manufacturing). My primary KPI is to scope revenue potential and maximise revenue through sale funnel efficiencies while ensuring all teams are held accountable for revenue generation.

In addition to my RevOps responsibilities, I host & lead up a technology development talk show, Tech People Talk. I best express myself through the art of storytelling. My passion for startups and entrepreneurship is a driving force in my work and personal life.

Experience

  • Collaborate with our engineering team to drive software products from R&D to a market ready product aligned with customer needs for three software products(ODIN workstation, ODIN Checkpoint & ODIN Education)
  • Ongoing understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends for manufacturing software products and digital transformation.
  • Analyse traffic data on Website and product webpages for ODIN manufacturing using HubSpot, Hotjar
  • Improving SEO and running SEM campaigns for Jendamark Headquarters.
  • Analyse market data to develop sales funnel and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Scope & define customer profiles and buying personalities to improve functionality of marketing platforms to increase qualified leads
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation of customer contact and account updates in our CRM(Hubspot) system.

 

Education

  • Currently In pursuit of Bachelor of Commerce in Digital Marketing 
  • Fundamentals of digital marketing from Google
  • Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy
