I, Mahode MG, hereby to apply for the aforementioned position as seen being advertised. I am currently working in the Department of Co-Operative Governance Human Settlement and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA) former Local Government and Housings in Limpopo Province as OD and Job Evaluation Advisor being responsible for all work study related duties within the Department and all District and Local Municipalities.

The opportunity presented in the advert looks very interesting, and I believe that my technical, competency, skills, experience and education that I have accumulated and gained while being busy capacitating the Municipalities around Limpopo Province, and this experience will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. 

The key strengths that I possess for success on my current position includes Organisational Design, Work-study Technique, Job Profiles, Job Evaluation and Organisational Structure. The experience that I have gained it is a stepping stone towards my career path. I am part of the Task Team that is rendering Technical Advice/Support to all thirty (30) Municipalities when developing the functional Organisational Structures that is aligned with the Municipal IDP and also ensure that the Organisational Structure is in line with the personnel budget versus service delivery budget for the Institution. I have outlined my career and the experience gained on my curriculum vitae (see attached curriculum vitae).
