I am a Mining Engineer with local and international experience in strategy, business development, mine planning technical knowledge, mining operations (Open Pit, Open Cast & Underground, Mechanized & Conventional) and Project Management from Concept Phase to Feasibility Phase with the Anglo-American Group. I am a quick and keen learner, with strong interpersonal and communications skills. I constantly drive to deliver high quality work and am resilient under high pressure situations. • Mining Technical Support skills illustrated through the Stochastic Modelling into Mine Planning as well through understanding of the mine planning process and its interdependencies. Improved the accuracy of the mine plans from 12% to 3%. Detailed mine plan and implementation of the Unki South Open Pit giving the operation 48kt of fresh ore. 
• Mine Planning ongoing process of the mining processes and value driver trees with the help of innovative ideas. It helps the organization to find the area where effort is required. Headed the Anglo-American Platinum standardized Compliance to Plan. She came up with a suitable implementation plan for every operation and built a dashboard for visibility. 
• Project Management provided project management for the Unki South Open Pit project involving contractors (R. Davis) and employees. Design (Civil & Mining), Cost estimation of the Unki Project worth R63 million. She also spearheaded the Vlakpoort feasibility study and business case and produced mine production schedules and timing analysis. She demonstrates her proficiency in the Project Management Principles to deliver the required work. 
• Leadership Skills accountable for the Anglo-American Compliance to Plan (Mechanized & Conventional Underground) operations. She is also capable of managing a multi-disciplinary technical and operation team. Rolling out the AAOM to mining operations required her to engage in meaningful discussions with different departments and integrate their processes and systems with the Mining Operations. She thrives on relationship-building. 
• Governance & Regulatory Compliance Skills previously appointed in terms of the Mineral Regulation; Mine Health & Safety Act and well versed in other relevant legislation such as MPRDA; NEMA; COIDA. 

• Joined the company in January 2022 as the Mining Engineer (Corporate), looking after the operations in South Africa and Zimbabwe. 
• She reported to the Head of Technical Mining. 
• She managed a diverse portfolio of technical projects for Optimization of Open Cast Operations, Operational Excellence for the mechanized and conventional underground mines. 
• Her responsibilities included providing discipline leadership to the operations and for professional development. 
• She led operational reviews of sites and support technical service processes. 
• Managing Mining studies using in house and third-party skills (Consultants). 
• She led Optimization studies for Greenfield Projects and provided consultancy and expert advice on Mining and mineral extraction projects, the feasibility study for Vlakpoort would produce revenue of R863m, NPV at 11% hurdle rate. Extending the mining of open cast operations by 22months. 
• She managed the Unki Bulk sample project, from setting the project up and setting a strategy, to acquiring funds for the project, commissioning, and successful execution of the project in scope, in time and in budget. 
• She managed the Unki Bulk Sample project with R63million, the construction and design of the road, commission of the service provider and providing mining designs to get maximum extraction of 48kt of ore. 
• She spearheaded the Mogalakwena Stochastic into Mine planning project and achieved an improvement in the predictability of the mine schedules by 3%.
