About Glaudine Jacobs:

I have been in Retail for almost 27years.I believe that ordinary people can do extraordinary things and it motivates and inspires me to always give my best and to make sure that my team are not always part of my motivation. I have the ability to adapt to new challenges and learning new tools that will up skill me in the work force. 

Experience

I am currently part of the Mr Price retail group. I have started in the company as a casual and working in different positions. 

I have started with the company since it started its operations in the Western Cape and have never look back. 

I have learned the importance of passion, value and partnership in the Mr Price group which I still carry with me through my work. I believe in my  team and motivate them to the best they can be. 

I have been with the company almost for 27 years. In those 27 years I have learned every step of the way through all the challenges I have faced. 

 

Education

My schooling was completed in Paarl at Noorder Paarl High school

 

I did my further  studies at Cape Technikon College - Personnel Management 

Through the Mr Price group, I have done training on HR related issues, a customer experience, Business Accumin training regarding the importance of stock and space. Continues learning is essential.
