I write engaging copy particularly focused in the hospitality arena, and have decades experience in the PR communications industry. I'm also an expert in the lifestyle, food and health spheres.

I'm a published author, of non-fiction on the subject of Perceptions, as well as essays, blogs, both for traditional and social media. I also write copy for estate agents and am known for quick turnaround and professional delivery

I am well travelled and know the byroads and unusual areas of the world, and love exploring new cultures, cuisine and ways of life. 

I have been privileged to win many awards for PR campaigns as well as major global events

I love nature, the sea, beach walks and am an animal lover, dogs in particular. They call me
