I have successfully completed a Diploma in Information Technology Project Management, with concentrations in A+, N+, server administration, and advanced IT project management, as well as more certifications such as support services, UNIX & Linux Essentials, VMware vSphere including training For Pen Testing & principles of security equipped with three years total of work experience as an assistant IT Officer where I was in charge of various responsibilities including troubleshooting for issues with mobile devices, computer software, and hardware, IT Infrastructure, Server administration. I can assist clients in person, over the phone, or via email. I am familiar with Windows 11, and I am well-versed in the Macintosh, Windows 7, 8, and Windows 10 operating systems. I am also very knowledgeable about the Microsoft Office 365. I am able to accomplish projects quickly and effectively thanks to my knowledge of Office 365, ITIL V4 Foundation, Networking Protocols and always never breaking the SLA agreements and best practices of the organization while meeting tight deadlines.

I have the knowledge and expertise necessary to make important judgments and deal with challenging computer system issues. My background also involves using remote setups, setting up network infrastructure, and installing software and hardware, with a great deal of patience, and the capacity to communicate well with people of all communication levels, from the common user to the executive of a company.
