I started my career at Transnet as an apprentice in 1982 and qualified as an Electrician in 1986. After resigning from Transnet, I joined Denel, where I worked for the next 25 years. During this period, I gained extensive experience in radio radar systems, air-conditioning technology, generator maintenance, and aircraft power systems.

In 2012, I was retrenched and joined a private generator company, where I continued to grow my expertise and developed into a generator specialist. Over time, my role evolved to Senior Electrician, and I became responsible for managing the workshop and overseeing technical operations.

Matriculated in 1981. Qualified as a Trade-Tested Electrician at Olifantsfontein in 1986. Completed an N6 Electrical Engineering Certificate at Pretoria West College.
