With more than 15 years of progressive experience, I have consistently driven operational excellence, improved service quality, and implemented governance frameworks across complex, high‑availability environments.

My background spans IT infrastructure management, cloud and virtualized environments (AWS & Azure), network and security operations, major incident management, end‑user computing, and managed services. I have repeatedly been entrusted with leadership roles overseeing national and regional operations, including steering a 45‑member cross‑functional team as Lead Operations Manager and establishing a national Center of Excellence for retail clients.

Throughout my career, I have led automation initiatives, optimized vendor relationships, strengthened incident, change, and risk management processes, and achieved significant improvements in service stability and operational efficiency.
