My name is Gerard Hendricks  & I’ve gained experience working in a call center environment as a Customer Service Agent/Administrator, Salesman which developed my passion for helping customers, finding solutions tailored to support customers by achieving positive outcomes. 

I’m a very enthusiastic person. A lover of knowledge as I do enjoy reading, writing & playing a musical instrument. I consider myself hardworking, experienced and positive. I always aim to do better by broadening my scope by listening and expanding my horizons working towards being a team player. As I believe teamwork is the building blocks for success.

Worked as a customer service agent for Expedia at Foundever Cape Town between 2025 - 2026. Handling hotel queries, chat queries, bookings & cancelations for hotels all over the globe.

Education

I matriculated in the year 2012 at Heathfield High School. In 2018 – Jan – Dec 2019 I studied  2D Animation at Falsebay College.
