My name is Gerard Hendricks  & I’ve gained experience working in a call center environment as a Customer Service Agent/Administrator, Salesman which developed my passion for helping customers, finding solutions tailored to support customers by achieving positive outcomes. 

I’m a very enthusiastic person. A lover of knowledge as I do enjoy reading, writing & playing a musical instrument. I consider myself hardworking, experienced and positive. I always aim to do better by broadening my scope by listening and expanding my horizons working towards being a team player. As I believe teamwork is the building blocks for success.

Worked as a customer service advisor agent for Webhelp for a UK online shopping campaign in the Retail Sector, Online handling queries, booking delivery slots & providing refunds to customers, doing sales & liaising with stores. Administration & updating customers information. 

Education

I matriculated in the year 2012 at Heathfield High School. In 2018 – Jan – Dec 2019 I studied  2D Animation at Falsebay College.
