I am a qualified Pastry Chef, with Restaurant Management experience.

Experience

Parrots Restaurant in Pretoria as pastry chef for 6 months (industry training) and then relocated to Port Elizabeth.

Brilliant Car care in Port Elizabeth as the restaurant manager from August 2015 to December 2016 and was then moved my the owner of brilliant car care to manage her beachfront restaurant (Roxsands).

Roxsands beachfront restaurant in Port Elizabeth as the restaurant manager from January 2017 to November 2018 and relocated back to Pretoria due to the fact that the new property management company (awarded new tender) raised the rent to such a high amount that the owner decided not to renew the lease for the beachfront property.

Snows artisan bakery in Pretoria as bakery manager from January 2019 to currently.
