I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and
responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am
presented with. I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain
objective on time with excellence.

As a fresh and energetic IT College Graduate with special knowledge of emerging technologies and advanced troubleshooting, I would like to be considered for the ICT Learnership.

I did a work-based-experience (WBE) at UCT (medical campus) whereby I was involved in Hardware and Software, installing computers at the government hospitals such as Day Hospital, Groot Schuur Hospital.

I have successfully completed 12 months IT internship at Capaciti and am ready to take a more challenging position owing to the following qualifications:

• Competent in distributing, assembling, and collecting IT client services computer equipment and troubleshooting problems associated with both hardware and software.
• Well-versed in managing user and email accounts for employees by using Active Directory and Exchange Server.
• Deeply familiar with providing technical assistance to configure, install and maintain desktop computing devices, including laptops, printers, and workstations.

I did a 3 year IT course at false bay college, and after that i went to Capaciti and do a 12 month python internship.
