Currently, in the E-learning space as a Quality Assurance Specialist, I am dedicated to optimizing AI-driven workflows through applied prompt engineering and rigorous data analysis. At ELVTR, I have transitioned from traditional Quality Assurance into a role focused on the design and iterative refinement of prompts for internal AI systems.

By leveraging my Linguistics background, I create documentation and best-practice guidelines for prompt usage, ensuring that AI tools provide high-quality, reliable outputs. My goal is to develop AI solutions that are not only technically sound but also ethically grounded and user-centric.

Evaluating and monitoring sales interactions as well as product success through AI-driven prompt solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. Identifying areas for improvement and acting as a coach and analyst to help the sales teams enhance their performance to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities also include:

- Leading prompt engineering efforts for a custom internal AI tool: designed, tested, and refined high-impact prompts to improve output relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to translate business/user needs into prompt solutions, improving workflow automation.
- Building prompt frameworks and templates to enable consistent and scalable AI interactions.
- Analyzing prompt performance and iterated based on quantitative feedback and quality metrics.
- Monitoring Sales Interactions - listening to calls, reviewing communication to clients in order to assess performance against defined metrics and best practices.
- Analyzing sales interactions to pinpoint weaknesses in communication, product knowledge, sales process adherence, and customer relationship management.
- Providing Feedback and Coaching as constructive feedback to sales representatives, identifying training needs, and developing coaching plans to improve performance.
- Tracking and reporting on key quality metrics, identifying trends, and presenting findings to sales management.
- Collaborating with Sales Management to address performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
