I began my career as a Junior Sales and Quotes Assistant, where I honed my skills in customer communication, handling inquiries and providing quotes over the phone. After six months, I was promoted to Service Advisor, where I interacted directly with customers, assisting them with any concerns while their vehicles were in the workshop. My dedication and strong customer service led to another early promotion, this time to Assistant Business Manager. In this expanded role, I took on the responsibility of managing front-of-house operations and, on occasion, overseeing the workshop.

My next career move was to a Marketing Assistant position at our company’s head office, where I contributed to maintaining existing marketing strategies and creating new content to support future campaigns. This role paved the way for my promotion to Sales and Marketing Manager, where I took full ownership of developing marketing strategies while also managing the sales and bookings department I had originally started in.
