- Keep up-to-date record-keeping, invoice and records tracking queries.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls.
- Provide information to the callers (public and private) about establishment and services on offer.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proof reading and typing.
- Scanning of files and upload on My Content
- Operate computerized equipment (photocopier, fax machine, projector, binder, audio-visual equipment, pc’s)
- Collect, sort, distribute or prepare incoming and outgoing mail for the office.
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships — developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with all current and prospective clients
- Provide administrative support services to all staff within component daily.
- Receive correspondence via email, fax and post.
- Receiving, date stamping and sorting of all correspondence before distribution
- Adhering to strict daily deadlines
- Return unsolicited mail when required.
- Capture and collate post registers.
- Categorize mail in folders on Electronic Content Management (ECM)
- Deliver all correspondence within timelines.
- Responsible for daily messenger and delivery stats and report of stats daily
- Prepare files for disposal and archiving.
